Barry Bonds Picking a name out of the steroid bag can easily merit someone the likes of Jason Giambi, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire, Jose Canseco and a flurry of others, but there is no bigger poster child for the era than Barry Bonds. Presently, Barry Bonds is creeping every closer to Hank Aaron's hallowed Home Run record and it couldn't be more polarizing. His leaked testimony to unknowingly using steroids, his testy relationship with the media and in his own words because of his race, Barry Bonds has become the most polarizing figure in all of sports. In fact, the only true support he has in the entire baseball world is in the city he plays for, San Francisco. Controversy and Barry Bonds officially go hand in hand. Allen Iverson The NBA has clearly tried to distance itself from the hip hop image that comes with the influx of players from urban backgrounds and for one reason or another Allen Iverson is the embodiment of what the top brass is trying to weed out. Whether it was wearing all of his throwback jerseys, saying practice over a dozen times or allegedly chasing the mother of his children around naked with a gun, there is no other NBA player that has attracted more publicity for all the wrong reasons than Allen Iverson. Ironically enough, he's one of the hot women most beloved and enjoyable players to watch dirty women into the entire NBA, even with another generation beginning to take center stage
