Change is Killing Willy-
Net loss 263,000 jobs last month - can't keep blaming everything on previous admin. - Willy cant stand much more change - 10-4 Willy
I'm no economist, but I remember thinking in 2004-5 that the no-interest loans and the housing bubble had to burst sometime, and what would happen when it did. It took 3 to 4 years for the recession and the joblessness to reach its peak - it will take quite awhile for it to recover.
"I know everyone and their brother thinks I am completely left winged and agree with everything."
How long will you continue to say it was Bush's fault- It all really started in Clinton's term.
I came to your site to leave a comment - but could not bring myself to answer your comments there. I have God that I thank everyday for letting me survive a job and all in this wretched economy.
I pray for the President everyday - for I am told that I should do so. However, I do believe that his policies and his "giving away of America" is deepening where we are.
Let the big business fail - just like they would the little business - we will suffer hard times but when we do come back it will not be on false hopes of government bail outs.
Shinade: "But, President Bush did totally devastate this economy"
Blaming Bush for the stupidity of our legislature? That's always a fun topic, right? LOL
I blame Congress more than anyone. They approve spending and pass the bills, right? Career politicians with no term limits are, and always will be, bad.
I know everyone and their brother thinks I am completely left winged and agree with everything. but, that truly is not so.
ReplyDeleteThere are many things about this administration I too disagree with.
However, as for our economy willy, did you really think it could be turned around in a few months or even a year?
That was never promised. The exact opposite was stated.
I do remember hearing over and over that it was going to very difficult and take a long time.
I am not taking a Republican or Democratic stand. I like and dislike things from both parties.
But, President Bush did totally devastate this economy and yes I still do blame his greed and loyalty to the very wealthy for our current mess!!
Blessings Willy,
Jackie

Gives new meaning to the phrase "keep the change," doesn't it?
