Willy mentioned a short time back about his moving and renting experiences. Well, let Willy tell you about a passion that Willy has and that passion could easily to be living in San Francisco.

Lets make it clear, Willy does not live in San Francisco. However, Willy has visited there twice in his life and plans to go back this next summer and take Mrs. Willy. She will love it.

Willy might even look over the San Francisco real estate market and buy a second home there! This would be ideal to fly out there and stay when the climate in Arkansas gets too hot and muggy. Yes, that way willy could take in the excitement of China town, San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf and the whole bit.

What is even greater are the people that Willy has met there. Willy thinks they are great. Willy might even take up with some of the folks that Willy reads about that have the yacht clubs and take up another passion of boating. Yes, maybe this will be retirement for Willy and Mrs. Willy.

Well, Willy gets excited when he talks about places he would like to go and maybe even live. Willy thinks that he might just pull up stakes where he is at and move to the hills of San Francisco.

Willy and Employee Evaluations

Year end brings about employee evaluations in many businesses. Willy finds this to be a cumbersome task in the daily work grind.

What is the problem you ask. Well, Willy wants his employees to like him and think that he is a super boss but that is hard to do if Willy always tells the truth.

For Example:
Employee works well with others? Guess a good answer does not include "yes when there is food involved" or "does that include the fight in the copier room over who had the best hairdo that day"

Well, all Willy can say is get er done and get er over with.

Renting or Moving - Willy's Experience!

Willy is no longer in the market for renting. Willy now owns his home. However, there was many years that Willy rented and Willy knows about renting apartments, homes, condos and about any other thing that you can rent. Willy is fortunate that Willy never had to rent a cardboard box to live in. Wait a minute that one apartment was the size of a cardboard box.

But Willy digresses. What Willy wants to say is that home renting or renting of a apartments
takes on a skill that can be aided by knowledge. That knowledge can be gained by reading peoples comments like Willy and by going to places on the internet that have great expertise in renting and moving.

Willy has found a whole new skill in things like picking a neighborhood to selecting the right complex to reading the fine print on lease agreements and even tips on moving.

Willy even had the experience to have to deal with a landlord about a unique plumbing problem in his early days. Yes, Willy was renting his first house in his first year of wonderful marriage which could have ended suddenly with this incident.

Willy was in the new rent house one evening with his wife taking a wonderful shower in the small bathroom of this one bathroom rent house. Willy had to take care of some necessary business. When the toilet flushed the remains of the toilet began to bubble up in the shower. Willy's wife was not happy and it could have gotten serious right there.

Willy called the landlord and the landlord, cheap as she was, saw Willy's predicament and came to the rescue. Willy was concerned because the lease did not read that the landlord would fix plumbing etc.

Well Willy survived and Willy is still married 31 years later.

So what Willy is saying is that knowledge is king. Get all of the knowledge that you can.

Willy says what is the big deal - Mcgwire took steroids - Willy is stupid and Willy knew that. What is the big deal --- that he said he didn't? What is the big deal---that he cried when telling his story.

What is the big deal - Roger Marris was on crack cocaine or something maybe. Who knows what they were doing back then.

Get a life people. It is only a game.

Willy has discovered that there are things that he should not put in his posts because that people would think that Willy is not nice.

However, Willy realizes that with these words in his post the search engines find Willy a whole lot more. So simply ignore the post if it offends you. It will make Willy get more hits and make the site where Willy can get to keep it.
