Willy and Family just spent a couple of days at the Little Red River. This is always interesting as it is a nice trout stocked river that runs out of Greers Ferry Dam.
The interesting part is that as the air temperature was in the 80 - 90 degree range the water temperature was in the low 60 degrees. Pretty cold. As the water is cold and the air is hot it is often that there is a fog over the River. Willy was setting on the dock of the place we were staying on the River the other morning and it was remarked how it could be the host of a scary movie. A movie where maybe the monster comes out of the water and attacks everyone on the dock.
So much for that Willy does not want to get scared.
We were there to relax and fish. I relaxed a lot and fished a lot. Willy was more productive at the relaxing part. During the fishing part Willy caught one small trout.
Willy is relaxed.

Willy stops at least for a minute today to remember those who have fought and died so that Willy might be Willy and do what Willy does. Willy will stop and remember that their are those young women and men in foreign lands today that are doing what they do so that Willy might be Willy.
Willy will stop and remember today that many have died over the years keeping Willy free so that Willy can do what Willy does.
Willy will stop and remember today that their are many more - some not even born yet that will someday give their lives so that Willy and his descendants can do what Willy does.

Willy finds technical problems very cumbersom. The reason is that it causes Willy to have to talk to people over the phone that are hard to understand and who seem to want to fix the problems if it were only in their area.
They always want to refer me to someone else.
For instance – Willy bought a new computer a month ago. When Willy had worked a week and had everything set up the way that he wanted it Willy found that most of his available memory was about gone. The 300 gb hard drive had been partitioned wrong and the part that was supposed to be recovery was the main storage – about 25 gb and the part that was to be storage was very small. Willy called support and got someone who could not talk english and after an hour I relented to having someone come out and pay $40 for something that was supposed to be free – if i sent it in and gave them two weeks.
They came out and fixed the problem by replacing the hard drive. Everything is gone. Willy has to reset everything up again and this is no small task. Also, the display that is actually a HD display is showing up as a very generic and very plain display that does not work properly. Back to the drawing board. Willy has to talk again to figure it out. Took several days. Finally back close to where Willy has been before.
What can go wrong next?

Willy is working with some new technology to Willy. He is trying to see how it works.
Maybe this might make things different or whatever. Willy does not know.
