Superbowl Needs to Go Country.

Willy is always disappointed when someone screws up the National Anthem.  Willy has been singing this since he was knee high to a moonshine jug and Willy knows the words.  Willy realizes that the Superbowl is a big venue and that it could make you nervous, but for goodness sake, if you think you are going to mess it up write it down.
Lets keep it country.  Faith Hill, has sung it and got it right.  Carrie Underwood has sung it and got it right. Many others have sung it and got it right.  Another thing about country singers is that most are good ole country boys and girls and realize what America means.

Maybe if you were going to have a Superbowl in Texas you might have gotten someone like George Strait.  Wow,  That might have even been a good half time show other than the Blackeyed Peas.  That was terrible.

Willy Needs to Lose Some Weight–How!

The Lord blessed Willy with being “thick”.  At least that is what Willy’s mother used to say.  Willy guesses that was her way of being nice when she wanted to say that Willy was getting fat.  Willy’s mom would not see Willy for about 6 months and when she saw Willy she would say “Wow, you have gotten thicker since the last time I saw you”.

Willy tried not to get upset but Willy has always had trouble losing weight.  Willy has tried everything in the book including weight loss pills .  I think that there were some of these that were good and some that were not so good.  However, it does work in most cases.   Willy is now in a position where he is older and the metabolism and the exercise has slowed down considerably.  Willy is thinking about using some extra measures to lose some weight now. 

The question is, do you think this is a good idea.  Willy needs to either lose 10 pounds at a minimum or buy bigger britches.  Can someone tell Willy the directions to the tent and awning store to see what britches they make.

Super Bowl Commercials

Nothing on TV  therefore Willy is watching the greatest Superbowl Commercials with the wife.

Guess Willy will think they are funny.  Some are funny - some are not.  Seems like there are a lot of Monster.com.  A couple that I have seen so far are really obnoxious.

One good thing is that they are using the cheerleaders of the Dallas Cowboys in some of their introductions.

Guess Willy will make himself watch.

Willy Finds Deadwood

However, you get Willy's drift.  The idea is that there is a great deal coming on the Deadwood series and Willy thinks the cowboy in him wants it for his own.  How about you.

Stuck

Anybody stuck anywhere today.  It is one of those miserable days and it even seems like a chore for those folks up in Pennsylvania to get that groundhog out of his hole to check for spring a coming. (Willy ain't going to try to spell his name).

Willy is not stuck because of snow today.  Willy missed the weather.  Willy is just stuck working.

Oh well, if I don't work now I don't retire later and later and later.

Anybody out there stuck in the snow or in the job.

San Diego–Calling Willy’s Name?

Willy is curious about the big city of San Diego California.  Willy is thinking about how sophisticated Willy is and thinks he should take his sophistication to that great city to live.  Maybe Willy will go there and buy him a great looking home.  That would be Willy Cool.  Anybody want to see what the world has to offer there?

Yes, Willy has heard many things about what can be done there.  One of the great things that Willy likes anywhere and especially there is the San Diego Sea World. If Willy continues the animal thoughts then Willy might want to go to the San Diego Zoo.  Willy hears that this is a great zoo.   Large animals and things like that really interest Willy as he hunts them in the wild of Arkansas.

What would you like to see in San Diego?  If anyone is willing to see about sight Seeing Tours in San Diego then you might want to check out some of the great sights you can find on the internet.  So, I guess you get the point.  The point is Willy wants to see the world one city at a time and maybe Willy will just start that tour at San Diego.

Willy and the Weather

Willy lives in Arkansas and the Northern part of Arkansas got hit big time.  Willy was just outside the edge of the snow and ice.  This is real great.

However Willy is connected to many other offices in Western Arkansas and it is really tough as one by one they come on email and say "we are out of here- real bad" .  Willy had to keep working because the weather was wet but ok.

They get to go play in the Snow and Willy gets to work.
