Respect the President?

Willy passed up a thought last week that just came back. 

There was a story last week where President Barack Hussein Obama went to some type of meal or celebration for Ramadan and spoke again of apologies etc.

Where was the Presidents speech at Easter and Thanksgiving and Christmas.   Still makes Willy worry about his allegiance.   Willy respects the office but has little respect for the man filling the position.

Vote for someone else when time comes.

This morning on the Interstate Willy looked over to his left and there was a Woman in a brand new Cadillac doing 65 with her Face up next to her rear view mirror putting on her eyeliner.

Willy looked away for a couple of seconds...to continue shaving and when Willy looked back this lady was halfway over in Willy's lane still working on that makeup thing.

Well as a good redneck Willy does not scare easily, but this lady scared Willy so much that Willy dropped his electric shaver.  The shaver knocked the donut out of Willy's other hand.

In all of the confusion of trying to straighten out the pickup truck using Willys knees against the steering wheel, it knocked Willy's cell phone away from Willy's ear which fell into Willy's coffee between Willy's legs.  

The coffee splashed up and burned Big Bob and the Twins.  The dadgum phone was ruined,  Willy's bib overalls were soaked and an important call to Willy's bookie was disconnected. 

Dang them Women Drivers!

Willy Wants a Cheap Seat!

Willy is a great fan of certain Preachers and Willy would like to get some  Joel Osteen Tickets
If Willy had those tickets he would take Mrs Willy to see his great sermon. That is what Willy would do with that. However, Willy is not a fan of Opera so if Willy had some of those great Lucia Di Lammermoor Tickets

Willy would just have to tell Mrs Willy to go by herself or take a friend.  At that time Mrs Willy would probably say that she would rather have some great  Rose Bowl Tickets or, heaven forbid, some dreadful   Justin Bieber Tickets  rather than have those opera tickets.  

Wait a minute!  What about some great Chicago Blackhawks Tickets

What kind of tickets does Willy need.  Willy knows where he can go to get the tickets so what difference does it make?  Willy can get what he wants for a decent price.

Can you name this rogue person.  He died a few days ago in his trailer home.


He is someone that Willy could really relate to even in his wierdness.

How Hot is it Willy

Willy knows hot when he feels hot.  It has been so hot in Arkansas that eggs fry on the sidewalk.  Several people have talked about their car registering 115 degrees.  Willy finds that funny that we talk about how hot the car says it is.  There was a day when Willy would just look on the back porch at the thermometer. 

One person even told Willy that he got so hot outside working that he began to hear voices.  He said the voice kept saying come on down and cool off.  Come down and cool off. 

Willy told that gentleman that he needed to be in Church on Sunday cause he likely was hearing the devil telling him that he could come down to his domain and cool off.  That might work for a short time cause it is as the old redneck says "hotter than hell" right now.  The difference is it will cool off sometime here.  It only gets hotter there.

Willy believes he will take the heat here and hope everyone sees the cool light at the end of the tunnell.
