iFLOOR, America's largest online flooring retailer, today announced a $1,000,000 limited warranty designed to protect its customers from predatory manufacturer policies that exclude warranty coverage from online purchases.

The policy, which goes into effect immediately, offers up to one million dollars of coverage in the event that a customer's warranty claim is denied specifically because they made their purchase online. It is complimentary for every iFLOOR customer, and protects the buyer under the same terms as the original product warranty.

iFLOOR, Inc. CEO, Steve Simonson, came up with the program to combat "scare tactics" used by manufacturers of hardwood floors and laminate flooring. "Their idea is to discourage you from buying at a discount!" wrote Simonson in his blog "It's About Flooring". "This is not right! You deserve to save money! So we're going to take care of this problem once and for all."

And it would appear that federal law is on his side. Section 108 of the 1975 Magnuson-Moss Act, states that, "In general, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an item or service from a particular company to use with the warranted product in order to be eligible to receive a remedy under the warranty."

Under iFLOOR's new warranty, a key provision allows for iFLOOR to "seek justice" on behalf of the customer in the event of legal action. According to Simonson, "I'm putting iFLOOR's money where my mouth is."

Willy's design for the scariest costume is a Hillary look-a -like dressed in devilish attire.

The Hillary look-a-like would have dark evil eyes. There would be a hint of the hair protruding up like small devilish horns. The look-a-like would have a Voodoo wand that would real faintly Hillary sticks it to you.

Willy Goes to Traffic Court?

Willy found this site that can really be helpful to people at different places in the country. The site is designed to help people quickly and easily find out where they would go for information about the traffic court or criminal court in a certain jurisdiction. This site appears to be growing quickly and adding new areas all of the time. The site also allows you to "drill down" to certain court sites and leave informatin that would be helpful for others about that court.

Willy thinks all of this is a good idea and that the website could be very helpful in instances such as what Willy has to say below:

Traffic Court is a place that Willy don't want to go very often. It is very tough in Arkansas but Willy got to thinking what if he was stopped in California - around the big Airport. Willy flys there and rents a car and drives sometimes. What would Willy do if he gets stopped and they say "Willy you got to show up at Traffic court.

Well, Willy done figured out that he would go to Town-court.com and would search to find the right traffic court. As smart as Willy is he would find out that he has to go to the page for Los Angeles Traffic Court - Airport. Wow! Willy done thinking about a new house and with a new house comes new furniture. So Willy done been looking across the internet to find the best furniture store on the world wide web. Well Willy believes he has found the right place.

Just look at this big old bed that Willy done picked out. Man- Willy always wanted a big four poster bed with glass over the top. Wonder if that is a mirror. Man this bed even has several other pieces of furniture that goes with it. If this bed ain't about the prettiest bed Willy has ever seen, Well then Willy will quit going down to the Possum Grit Road Kill diner and Cantina.

That would really upset Juanita down there though. Wonder if she would like to come see this bed if Willy buys it.

Belisi.com - Willy gets his ties there!

Willy done decided the other night to take the little wife out for a fun time on the town. Well the little women likes to dress up and go to fancy places and Willy done decided he might just dress up and look good rather than wearing his overalls and wife beater.

Well as usual Willy went to the internet and he found a site that brings out the best in mens and womens clothing. What Willy found was the place that had Belisi Fashions . Well this is nice stuff.

Willy done found him some nice ties to wear with his fancy suit and Willy found that he might just buy the little lady a nice handbag in the future.

This is really nice stuff. Willy even found this picture of someone dressed properly on that site.
Wow! Willy thinks all of his NASCAR friends need to go to this site and find something to wear to the dance after the big party at Taledega. Look at the picture. Kind of looks like Willy d0esn't it.

Willy's Back Pain - "Freeze It"

Hillbilly Willy done went down to the "Possum Grit Diner and Cantina" the other day to help Juanita hang some red plaid vinyl curtains. Well while perched up on that ladder Juanita kept telling me to stretch a little higher and higher and the next thing Willy knows he done put a kink in his lower back. Man that makes Willy's life miserable.

Willy goes home and kicks back in a hot #3 wash tub of water trying to relieve his back when the little wife comes in with the daily mail. Well, in that mail was a sample of something that Willy thinks will help his back. This is what Willy found:








Freeze It

Willy climbed out of the old hot tub and let the little wife rub this all over his lower back. Man that felt good. Freeze it had a nice smelling aroma that lasted only a few minutes, felt warming to the back and the nice little massage that the little wife gave Willy wasn't bad either. Willy commenced to kick back in the big old recliner for about an hour to see how this Freeze It worked. Well Willy fell asleep and a couple of hours later when NASCAR came on, Willy woke up and watched the race for about an hour before he even thought about his back. When the thought came to Willy the only thought was "Man my back don't hurt no more. That Freeze It stuff is really good.

Willy then commenced to read the flyer that came with the product. Man this stuff is really good and very inexpensive. Willy believes he likes this better than any of that other stuff. Wow! Willy's back Pain and Freeze It. What a deal.

Willy done heard about a new show coming June 28th. It is USA Network's Burn Notice.

Willy done sees the catch phrase on the internet about the show. It says :When spies get fired, they don't get a letter from human resources. They get BURNED...

USA Network's Burn Notice lets Willy see how a real undercover guy figures out who gave the notice.

Wow! If Willy was to have this problem there are several ways that Willy might work out to find how who is out to get him. First of all Willy can't use his regular contacts cause it might be one of them. Therefore, Willy would set it up like he done gets killed and would then come back dressed up like Juanita down at the Hillbilly Possum Grit Grill and Cantina. Then Willy would slip around the hills and talk to people in a sexy voice like Juanita.

Boy when people see Juanita away from the diner they sure likes to talk. They would tell Juanita everything. This sounds like the smart thing to do......

Or willy might do like Barney Fife and dress up like a cleaning lady down at the bank. Willy could stand around and here all of the big spys talk as they come in to deposit there money. Willy could sure find out something like that...

Or Willy might dress up like Cannon the real big detective. He seemed to always be able to find out things that no one else could. Man, I got a real start on that disguise. Look in the mirror. Man Willy you need to go on a diet.

Well when all else fails. Willy can just go and watch the show starting June 28th. Burn Notice comes on the USA Network. It sounds like something Willy will want to watch. Wonder if Willy could get him a HDTV to watch it on.
