First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit - Willy Wants One!

First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit is a buzz word these days that Willy has heard about. Yes, Willy understands that saving money is important in today's economic times. Willy understands that if you are wanting to buy or build a house in the future and you can any way afford to do the building process or buying process now, then now is the time to do it. Yes, it should be done sooner than later.

The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit will get you back 10% of the cost of your newly purchased home up to $8,000. Why would you wait if you can afford to do it now. If you wait too long the tax credit disappears and you buy the house but do not get the tax credit. Why would you want to do that. The government is going to give you up to $8,000. Willy says take it.

Now understand that Willy is not a lawyer, accountant and/or financial advisor, so don't just take Willy's advice for this. Check this out at this site that has information about First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit
