Debate Depresses Willy

Willy has food on the table (from the woods) and feels pretty good most days. Willy has a job and has a few friends. But Willy is depressed.

Why is Willy depressed you ask?

Willy is typing this as he listens to the V.P. Debate. Willy just heard that middle class people make up to $250,000.

Willy ain't made $250,000 cumulative in the past 10 years. Willy must be lower class.

Willy ain't sure if he can buy arrows next week to go to the woods and get a deer.

10-4 - Poor Willy

I was a little surprised at this number myself...who if figuring these amounts?

Did they let Dubya play with the abacus again?

Do worry! The bailout plan also includes a provision to do away with the 39 cent excise tax on children's wooden arrows. Maybe you can use those arrows for hunting.

Meanwhile, this should bring $200,000 into the coffers of a wooden arrow manufacturer in Oregon.

Poor, poor Willy!

Ha! Ha! Ha!

You're hilarious!

(By the way, my wife and I watched the debate last night, and thought Sarah Palin did great. She has charisma and I believe most of the American people like her, even if they don't all agree with her. Joe Biden sure seemed to like her, the way he kept looking over at her and smilin'...)

Oh my I thought Palin did terrible job.

Oh come on now can we really have some one with her complete lack of experience standing in line for the presidency?

I wish I could hear more facts from her and less down home folksy jib jab.

I also wish she would quit referring to 'Us up here in Alaska' as if they are a separate entity from the rest of the country.

Hello Alaska is part of our union.

And Willy the limit is set at $250,000 so that small business people won't be hurt.

So if you're truly in need of tax relief you better not vote for more of the same.

The trickle down theory ain't trickled in a long time!!

I hope you have a good week and get some good fishin' in!!:-)

With that number I think I need to take another look at my finances. Cause with those number I am not middle class that is for sure. Now I know why I avoid anything the politians say.
