I frankly don't think we have much to worry about with this guy. However, I am just going with my experience with people from another country.
Yes he is from France. I'm no great fan of the French government but the French people mostly like us and according to a friend in Paris they like Obama. From the writing here, I surmise that he is not fluent in English and used a dictionary for his words and didn't always understand what he was saying and made a lot of mistakes in syntax and form. That is quite common with new learners of a language. God knows I've done it with my Spanish before I became relatively fluent. Still do when dealing with a slang term I'm not used to hearing/seeing.
He doesn't come across as a terrorist to me. There's no threat here. I think he's just trying to offer a prayer for the world albeit ineptly. I think he's just a kid.
Then again, maybe you saw something that I didn't.
Maybe you should comment moderation.
