America's Next Top Model Is The Fashion Show For Us

Well, Willy is not much of an expert on Fashion and this needed to be posted so Willy is letting a guest post tell his fans about this.  Enjoy - 10-4 Willy

A fashion show that we watch is “America's Top Model” our family really gets involved with the contestants and we root for our favorites. The show has up to 14 models competing for a modeling contract. Tyra Banks is the host of the show and I recently found out that creating the show was her idea.

Several judges are on the show to eliminate a model each week. In the past they have been known to keep everyone safe for the week and on other shows the judges have eliminated two. My favorite judges have been those who used to be models. They really understand the business and are able to give the contestants good advice on how to improve.

I alwa! ys login to Facebook when I watch the show so that I can discuss the episode with my friends while it's on. The winner receives a contract with IMG Models one of today's top modeling companies. They also get a fashion spread in Vogue magazine and a CoverGirl Cosmetics contract that's worth $100,000. Most of my friends root for different models and last year I lost the one that I had picked pretty early in, but the year before that my girl came in second.

I watch “America's Next Top Model” on my satellite TV that I got after coming across this Satellite TV DVR Specials Comparison. With my HDTV I never miss an exciting moment.
