Today is a big day at the office for Willy. Today is team building day.
This is usually an exercise that the company has that helps Willy and the others get to know each other and understand how to work together. This is really in Willy's mind a little bit of nonsense.
Today's team building is more like building a bracket for March madness. Now don't get Willy wrong. Willy only does this type of activity only during his breaks and during lunch. Willy would not waste the company time on this type of team building.
Willy is sure that everyone is like Willy and only does this type of team building on their on time.

I remember doing these exercises when I was still working. I'm glad I don't have to anymore. Just saying.
